KIM JESTEŚMY?

Kiedy w 2014 roku rozpoczynaliśmy działalność jako start-up założony przez byłych pracowników oraz inżynierów Google i ABB, chcieliśmy zmienić świat wprowadzając na rynek produkt, którego nie było: desktopową drukarkę 3D działającą w technologii SLS, zarezerwowanej tylko dla gigantów.

Dzisiaj jesteśmy światowym liderem, konkurujemy na globalnych rynkach, ale nie zatraciliśmy charakteru zwinnej firmy, o niemal rodzinnej atmosferze. Ze start-upu produkującego drukarki idziemy w kierunku firmy zmieniającej rynek nowoczesnych technologii. Rozwijamy produkt stawiając wyzwania największym graczom rynku 3D.

WHO WE ARE?

When we started back in 2014, as a start-up founded by ex-workers and engineers of Google and ABB, we wanted to change the world by launching a completely new product: desktop 3D printer based on SLS technology dedicated to the best of the best.

Your mission

As a key member of the Sinterit Top Management team, you’ll be responsible to accelerate the deployment of Sinterit solutions worldwide,  by developing and managing sales.

 

If you are an experienced leader, with an extensive track record of leading, developing, managing sales worldwide, in a high tech B2B environment, if you have high knowledge in building and managing a channel, if you are excited by overcoming ambitious challenges with passionate people  – we are looking for you!

Your responsibilities

  • Be part of the top management team to define and make the future of Sinterit happen!
  • Build and execute the strategy to grow Sinterit market penetration and revenue worldwide
  • Successfully manage, coach, develop the sales team (cca 10 ppl) : channel managers, New Business development team, outbound logistics, and sales administration 
  • Master the knowledge on end-users profiles, applications, and our sales performance in each segment in each market to properly define and rollout our go-to market strategy and give input internally to improve our marketing and new offer development activities.
  • Ensure we have the best in the class offer, a high level of professionalism in channel management to be the most valuable partner for our distribution channel in each market in order to increase revenue 
  • Manage an effective sales process, optimising our resources and ensuring flawless communication with other departments and between Sinterit and the market.
  • Manage the New Business Development team, in charge of converting leads with a high level of technical knowledge and responsiveness, and supporting our channel to grow their business with Sinterit and increase our penetration in our targeted segments
  • Be an expert of the market channel dynamics, distributors/resellers performance and ensure structured reporting to effectively evaluate performance and propose solutions
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with our local partners and maintain high level of engagement, knowledge and common business growth 
  • Work closely with the marketing team, the after-sales and application engineering to increase our brand awareness and the market traction and satisfaction of our customers
  • Work closely with R&D to define the offer of tomorrow.
  • Innovate, propose and deploy new ideas towards increased market presence and higher revenue generation

Requirements

  • Experienced team manager, with successful track record of leading sales department in international, high tech, B2B environments
  • Strategic thinking, passionate about growing sales and market penetration, result driven
  • Proven experience in developing and managing a best in class international channel for B2B sales with successful record of sales performance by growing market traction
  • Must have strong business vision with excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid track record in relationship and business management, developing and maximizing revenue through business development and channel management
  • Must be willing to travel and spend minimum 50% of the time in Cracow, Poland
  • Degree in Business, Technology, engineering or equivalent, MBA preferred
  • Thrive in a team atmosphere,  sets and delivers aggressive goals, have excellent organizational/time management skills and a can-do attitude
  • Able to perform all the way from strategic planning to operational tasks and coaching young passionate teams
  • Fluent communication in English with additional European language fluent 
  • Polish is an advantage
  • Expertise and knowledge of Additive Manufacturing industry is an advantage

UI/UX Designer – stażysta w dziale R&D

Zadania, które chcemy Ci powierzyć:

  • projektowanie interface dla drukarek 3D oraz aplikacji desktopowych,
  • projektowanie ikon i grafik na potrzeby projektu,
  • wsparcie dla zespołu w zakresie User Experience.

Nasze oczekiwania wobec Ciebie :

  • umiejętność projektowania funkcjonalnych i estetycznych interface użytkownika,
  • podstawowa znajomość zagadnień dostępności (wymagania dotyczące kolorów, krojów pism, kontrastów),
  • zrozumienie istoty spójności projektu, pracy według wytycznych,
  • umiejętność samodzielnej pracy w Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD,
  • umiejętność pracy w dynamicznych projektach pod presją czasu,
  • rzetelność i sumienność w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań,
  • wysoka komunikatywność oraz łatwości w przyswajaniu wiedzy,
  • posiadanie portfolio (prace studenckie, własne, komercyjne) pokazujące proces projektowy.

Mile widziane:

  • zainteresowanie zagadnieniami User Experience (persony, ścieżki użytkownika, badania),
  • zainteresowanie technologią druku 3D.

Senior Public Relations Specialist

Place of work: Kraków

 

 

You will be responsible for generating  awareness on brand, products, and generating leads through:

  • proactive building brand positioning by creating a unique and effective narrative 
  • building and deliver PR plan by collaborating with redactions/media (external communication with 3D & technical media worldwide)
  • creating engaging content dedicated to engineers: articles, press releases, copy for www and other marketing materials, etc.
  • ensuring the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting external communication 
  • developing and maintaining media relations
  • responding to media crisis situations
  • media monitoring

Requirements:

  • 5 years of proven experience in product PR
  • experience in PR campaigns preparation and executing (perfect if it concerns technological products)
  • a knack for the written word
  • fluent English (written and spoken)
  • proactive and positive energy is a need
  • open to a dynamic working environment
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work

Junior Marketing Specialist

Place of work: Kraków

 

We are looking for someone who wants to become a marketing professional. A person with talent and great commitment to what he/she does.

You will be responsible for:

  • creating tools supporting sales of products (presentation, web content, etc)
  • creating, formatting, and editing promotional materials (including catalogs, leaflets, etc)
  • assisting Product Manager in introducing products
  • supporting event preparation and organization (webinars, online fairs, etc)
  • assisting photo and video production

also responsible for distributors support :

  • support the correct brand display in the sales network (including distributors website, social media, prints, POS)
  • management of language versions of materials
  • supporting common webinars and special events

Requirements for the position:

  • 2 years of experience in a marketing team, preferably in product marketing
  • Experience in content creation – confirmed by projects
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good English (B2 minimum – we work in English a lot)
  • Proactive and positive energy is a need
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to cooperate with international partners
  • Open to a dynamic environment
  • Will and determination to learn
  • Bachelor’s degree, best if marketing, business or related field (also studying)
